Innovasea aquaControl

aquaControl is Innovasea’s new system for aeration and oxygenation in aquaculture farms. The fully automated process will help to reduce environmental challenges such as harmful algal blooms (HABs), temperature discrepancies, and infestations of jellyfish or hydroids.

aquaControl features

• Aeration: Control pen or site-wide air levels from anywhere
• Oxygenation: An innovative digital valve system that can be controlled from a mobile phone or computer. Ensure a healthy stock environment with improved feed conversion and grow out
• Environmental monitoring: Wireless sensors which can alert users in real-time of environmental conditions
• Plankton monitoring: Keep track of current plankton data and monitor patterns using your device

aquaControl software

Aeration and oxygenation can be controlled and monitored using the aquaControl software on mobile, tablet, or computer.

Aquaculture site managers can input supply sources and schedule flow rates to be run on a daily basis, or automate the process to have air/oxygen supplied to the pens when dissolved oxygen hits a user-configured level. This can then be monitored in real time to see how oxygen flow is being distributed.

Included in aquaControl is a dedicated alarm mode, which can alert users to unexpected conditions, such as low dissolved oxygen levels.
